Turning Disadvantage Into Advantage in founder storytelling is a powerful technique all of us have access to as entrepreneurs. But in difficult times, you have to realize that you first must face the reality of situation you are dealing with. You need to face it head on and then take time to analyze what is happening and begin to think of scenarios that might happen.

In this video, I’m going to show you a process to do this as well as explain why it’s important to read the room once you have completed this process and explain why you need to have a bias for action regardless of what happens. In this trying time, survival Is victory so you want to take the actions now that will not only enable you to face this adversity head-on, but get through it and come ahead after it passes.

At the end of the day, this too shall pass as all massive challenges do so you want to get into a place that will help you shine through it all. Plus you will be able to integrate this experience as part a story for your business. After all bad experiences make for creating great founder’s stories.
