“In theory there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice there is.” ~ Yogi Berra

I get it. No one likes to practice telling their story.
We’d all prefer to create a great story and go out and share it with the world.

The problem is you are not learning how to make an omelet where the worst thing that can happen is someone won’t eat it.

When you are telling your #story, there are real repercussions.

In this video, I cover some of the jujitsu going on in the brain when you practice and why it’s imperative that you do before you share it.

And for those of you folks that enjoy getting on the matt, I throw in how I relate yoga and storytelling.
Thanks for watching.
